Macro Command For Wait?

Hey I remember reading somewhere on here that there's a macro command for waiting a certain amount of time. If there is, what is it?

/wait
and then how long you want to wait
/wait 5 = wait 5 seconds

[Rubik]

With a maximum of 60. If you input a number higher than this, FFXI cheerfully skips your wait command and all sorts of interesting things start to happen. If you want to wait longer than 60, repeat the command.

/wait 60
/wait 60
