Transferring Character Between POL Accounts

Is it possible to transfer your character to another POL account? I am setting up another FFXI system so I can play simulataneously.

well...

You cannot actually 'transfer' your character data to another POL account.
But if you can use the guest-log-in system as a 'Guest User'.
After installing POL on another system with a different POL account, select 'Guest Log-In' and type in the original POL account and password.

But if you mean you mean you want to play two characters with the same POL account simultaneously, I'm afraid it is impossible, beccause only one character can be played per POL account. (I'm not completely sure about this matter. Sorry.)

ok. that makes sense.
what i want to do is this.

i have 2 characters on my POL account on my PC but i want these two characters to be online at the same time.

i am setting up another POL account on my PS2 and just wanted to know if i can transfer one of my characters from my PC POL account to my PS2 one. that way the characters can be online simultaneously... i guess this isn't possible though,

they should have it like everquest where u pay a small fee to transfer ur character to different servers and accounts

Osama I was just going to say the very same thing. POL should allow you to transfer 1 character from 1 account to another account and maybe pay $30. per transfer. I do believe this is what EQ charges. Now what FFxi has that I absolutely love is that you can switch servers for free where as EQ you have to pay $50. to switch a character. I have a question though, if you switch servers in FFxi, do you get to bring your items/weapons/money from your previous server? What about spells too?

I would assume that all would be in ur character information saved on their severs...so yes i would say

The reason I ask is that in EQ, you are only allowed to keep your memorized spells only everything else does not come with you so you start off nekkid

On FFXI its not free I thought you had to pay gil except for the first one you get???
