I could buy Tonko: Ichi from NPC for about 2k, and sold it for 15k at AH . but this bug is already fixed.

Bugs? They're no bugs involved... only human stupidity :/
Alot of high level scrolls drop of enemies... and despite been 'rare' and worth alot in utility and supposed price (by the NPCs), they're so common that people tend to sell them just below the price a NPC pays for them. The only thing that stops the scrolls from plunging further is the fact that some people buy the scrolls and sell them to NPCs.
It's not really possible to reprice the scrolls either - as you can only hold one scroll at a time... although you could buy all the scrolls, sell them to NPCs save one, and buy and resell the scroll until the price history is set at your reprice (something reasonable... like 10k as opposed to 2k that alot of the scrolls go for). But in that case you might find it won't last long - they're definetly more scrolls dropped then there are mages capable of using them!
Kaiser Sword, which is dropped by Dancing Weapons in Qufim, sells for 2000-2100 gil at the Jeuno Auction House. I can sell it for 2300ish gil at the NPC.
There's a lot of items that you can sell at an NPC for just as much or even more than what you would get for it at the Auction House. And don't forget the taxes you have to pay to sell at the Auction House. Even if I sold my Kaiser Swords for 2100 gil, it will have costed me 200 gil to put each up for sale.
