Where can i buy a Linkshell

i wanna make a Linkshell, but dont know where..

I tried the search page, sorry but it had like 100 pages

My sister has multi pesonalities, when she called me yesterday my caller ID blew up.

There are different places. I know in San d'Oria you can buy one from a guy in a white cloak in one of the shops...I'm not sure which, i think it's across from the grocery store.
