Okay so today a friend of mine managed to get his hand on a paintbrush of souls We went to the spot you goto to open the door, and he checked the painting he was supposed to.
He got this message

anyone experince this problem before and know how to remedy it? We sat in the room for a good 3 hours try to figure it out, preventing us from doing levithan.
