How do I get to Fei'Yin?

Could someone please tell me where Fei'Yin is located? I have been wandering aimlessly around Xarabard and the Glacier for hours and have yet to find it. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Never been there myself, but my guess would be to look around the north/north-eastern area of the Glacier.

Just look closely at the maps and you'll see why I'm saying that.

thank you both for the replies...it was indeed in the very northeast corner of the glacier, i'm not sure how i missed that on the map...however the entrance is a shattered crag and not the ruins...all the ruins are gated (i checked them all...lol)...thanks again...
