Chat text box and Party messages

I was just rewatching PiNG's 4th music vid and at about the 7 min mark you see the party chat in the text box gather at the top of the box and everything else scrolls beneath it. Does anyone know how to do this?

When you go into Chat Filters, instead of the normal On/Off, if you press enter on it, you get a Green "Hold". Set that to party, and all party chat will stop at the top, tells, etc.

Also if you just want to see party text, press your focus on chat window button then enter to fill it full screen. Then you can press the focus button again to cycle bewteen chat, tell, party, shout and LS messages.
