In my earlier days, when I started crafting, I always noticed that Bronze Ingots and Lauren Lumber were never available to buy at the guilds.
I'd always be a bit irked about this... you could NEVER buy them! Then I waited around for the guild to open from its closing hours, and finally got some lauren lumber to build my crafting up. I should have bought more, because it all sold out.
Then I noticed that someone else in the guildhouse with me had sold a bunch of it at the AH for 5 times what the guild sold it for.
That really cheesed me off.
All I want to do is build up my crafting skill by practicing crafting low level items, but I can't get the raw materials because I'm low level, can't afford the AH prices, and jerks are taking advantage of the system.
It wouldn't be a problem if guilds didn't sell out of items... he'd have to run all the way to Bastok or Windhust with all that wood to make a profit. As it stands, it just screws over the people who are trying to use the guilds for what they're THERE for.We're Doomed! The Rabbit will kill us all!!Comment
