What happened in Gusgen Mines?

I too have gone to the deepest parts of Gusgen for Teleport-Holla. I personally don't think too much of the place now, but when I was 36 I think even bogys aggroed me, so things were very difficult. I ended up finding the ??? at the shack down there, noticing my sneak was wearing (invis was off so I could talk to the ???) and then I got destroyed by magic sensing bombs. What fun! *mutter*

The creepiest part I've seen is the red ghosts that float upsidedown in a tunnel. After a while, I started to hang around it just because it creeped the others in RSE group I was in out.

The NM ghosts (Smoldering Schmit is one) are fairly hunted it seems. I've killed two of them (not by myself, but once in a group of 30-36s and once with a level 58DRK) and one of them dropped a strange ring. Malfire ring or something like that. Had like -10 to fire resistance or something really strange like that. It also dropped the usual cotton cloth.

Hahaha i remember the first time i went there in beta we were also hunting for a skull and when we first heard the alarm, we went WHAT THE BLOODY HELL?!?!?! IM OUTTA HERE!!!!!!!!!! And yes, we ran to the exit like scared children out of a hunted house...God ill always remember that moment XD!!!!!!!!
