A "really, really" fun way to make gil, is to simply make a new character, and send all the extra stuff and gil you might have gotten with that new characters job, over to your main character ... delete new character, make new ect. ect. ect. lol ... More time concuming thatn actually hunting gil ingame, but a great way for n00bs with a lotta time on thier hands !

I'm standing around with a PT sign up.

Suddenly i get a tell.

(Note i don't have the exact conversation but this is a similar Remake).

Person>>Hi! Do you speak English?
(note with my PT sign i have JP EN on).

Me>> hi, yes.

Person>>Goody ^^ I was wondering if you could help me out a bit.

Me>> Depends on what the favor is...

Person>>Can you buy me the chest piece of the lvl 24 armour set?

Me>> TT I can't i've barely got 10K gil and i need 100K within the next 3 lvls.

Person>> O...ok thats no problem, can you help me with another thing?

Me>> uh...depends on the problem.

Person>> See me and my GF were PTing in quffim last night and we got aggroed by a wight and a Weapon. We all died. She thinks that its my fault and now she isn't talking to me TT.

(and that is my problem how?)

Me>>uh, dude its just a game. That type of thing is going to happen no matter what.

Me>> Happened to me last night when i was in a JP Party. I aggroed something and got the whole PT killed. But everyones used to it so they all said lol and went on with it.

Me>> Well if you do something gross in front of your friends, they'll just laugh and then move on. Whereas do something gross in front of a complete group of strangers, and they will think your wierd or something.

And so it goes on till he stops talking (yay!). Surprisingly i see him tomorrow but he never gave a /tell.

/thank god and walks away.

/changes PT prefrence to JP to refrain any other unknown ppl from contacting me.

blah blah blah conversation goes on about that for a bit

then she asks me to power lvl her...

i tell her to find a PT, because it will be ten times faster
(plus i have no clue who she/he was......(><)

I get random tells, but only from cool people. ;P Poor Tsu and Kiten are getting torn apart in here.

Although, the other day I got this tell from this weird Stryder person bothering me about a LP thingy, I had no idea who he was or what he was doing. Even worse, when I turned around this dude was standing right behind me, god what a stalker.

Well I personally understand your situation playing this game in an unknown language with minimal friends, but the suddeness is very hard to except for anyone. Most players in this game seem to play it the "justice" way...
