Money?

Sorry for the stupid question, but, can someone explain me how to do money? It's possible that the only way is to sell items dropped by enemies?
I do the first 2 missions, but I didn't receive any money! How to do?
I'm level 9, and on level 10 i need 8000 gil for buying spells and armour!

selling stuff at AH always seems to give u more gil
also do some quest, there are some on this site, go surf online and look around. there are a few quests that give u money in exchange for items (ex: 4flint per100 gil or 2bat wing for 200gil)


Anyone know how to make money and bastok and windurst? I hear that bastok can be good for lower lvl charas to make money... but how?:confused:

kill those worms, keep ˜±‰”X (the ore), drop the others, and sell them in AH in bastok.

after you earn about 6k, wait in the goldsmith guild before 8:00 am, and right at 8:00, buy ?‰?Î or “§?Î (you may compare the other stone in AH which sold for 8k in AH, 2-3k in goldsmith). sell them in AH, then you will at least earn 5k ^^

also, a full set of level 10 armor only costs like 2k (maybe less) at AH... don't buy armor at NPCs after level 7

dbeeo, you mean these "Tunnel Worms" outside Bastok? Or "Stone eater"? I try to kill a lot of them, but they don't give me that object you say.

try killing things that give you fire crystals, 12 stacks sell for about 1k each.

Dbeeo is talking about the green rock that worms (at that level) rarely drop. But on the other hand, I believe 12 stacks of flints sell for about 1.2k in the AH, but I've always used them for quests to raise my quest count (done flint quest 17 times)

and if you're in bastok, kill Amethyst Quadavs and they'll usually drop a brown shell which sells for 1.5k, which is how I still make my money.

for the stuff, you can kill any worms. but higher lvl worms, the drop rate will increase.

Zelas: it is not cheap in 8am (in game time), just the supply in the goldsmith is one per every in game day, so everyone in the game will rush to there and buy the item and sell it in AH
