Return Part II Importer issues-

Hey everyone- I'm trying to revive an old character through part II of the program (JP account- campaign started 2 hours ago.)

Here's a synposis of what has happened so far:

Start in Dec. 02
Play till Nov. 04
Delete all chars, deactivate ID's
Reactivate IDs (in Feb.) create new characters
(Presently) Delete 1 character- attempt to use campaign-

I recieve an error message- And my JP skills are not quite good enough to interpret- So altavista helped me a bit:

Now- I'm at a loss to really understand what they mean- If it's trying to say that I cannot reactivate my character due to Content ID expiration- That doesn't make any sense. It contradicts what the campaign says-

I attempted deactivating all IDs a few minutes ago, and submitting the form, but to no avail- the same error message.

I am already going to call POL tommorrow- However, I was curious for any opinions here.

Hmmm...
they said some ID's/Character have been erased by mistake or something so when you get error or not found that mean its erased from their data? dunno.
I gave one of my friends my old ID(Xiphoid) and info...and I will see what can he do maybe call them?...anyway I think ppl who got banned due-misypayment(the importers fake address shit) got erased long time ago...heh
and I think they should give MPK ppl(darick :sweat: ) and others who broke playonline/ffxi rules another chance If SEX wants more money...

I just tryed the (return to vanadiel orz) and I got this pic of a dead goblin...It seem they erased everything orz :dead:

Some of the accounts of the importers, If you got pwned with the CC thing have been deleted, as In the characters erased from the database. Just try having a friend who has the game buy a content ID and put one of your old characters names in for it and see what I mean.

being able to make a brand new charcater on the server with your old name doesnt mean the old charcater data was erased.

I made a brand new character a few weeks ago assuming my NA character data was erased. Named him "Ghostface", after my old, deleted character. After reading about the "Return to vanadiel" campaign, i applied, and was able to recover my old character, but since "ghostface" was obviously taken they just prompted me to rename my charcater. I have a jp account as well i was trying to recover, but i got the "dead goblin" pic as well. orz

some importers on this forum got their import account revived by jp ppl and everyone know them...i could have did the same but i was too 'lazy' just saying i'm willing to pay for the help and thats not enough to get it back orz anyway whatever happens happens
