So other than saying "his emote was pretty much nonsensical," which it was, let's look further into it.
I've seperated it into 2 major parts, and have also removed the inbetween text, as his macro was probably designed to be viewed as a whole. Excuse my poor photoshopping. Observe:
Object A is the heart of the kaomoji, which could be defined as shock, surprise, or just a general large-mouthedness (think: Domo-kun)
Object B represents a waving of the arm; the 2 long strokes being the arm, and the 2 smaller strokes inbetween them representing motion back and forth. Considering the context, his arm could also be "slapping" object C.
Object C is, well, I have no idea. My best theory is, it's a head. But, if it is, Masterasia really sucks at this type of thing.
Object D coincides with Object C as I believe they are part of what was meant to represent one concept. Another best guess: C combined with D looks somewhat like a person bowing/kneeling towards object A. C is the head, and D is the rear end extended into the air with the feet/legs tucked underneath. (think: orz -> or2)
Object E is the name of the victim (as it were), and as I would expect this is a macro that was poorly designed by Masterasia not to make any sense. Therefore, when making it he probably assumed the average ingame name was longer so I added a few spaces to illustrate what a longer name might look like.
Object F is the only thing you could call "Japanese" in the whole thing, and hardly at that, as it is just laughing somewhat along the lines of "heh heh heh."
