NA: CoP CD's

If someone has 1GB (fast) FTP space, please let me know, someone I know wants to upload NA:CoP so we don't have to buy both JP and NA.

Please let me know if you have a fast ftp server with enough space, /t Linaaa or send a pm on ffxio

i wouldn't see why it's illegal, cuz we're all paying for the registration codes, not really the client.

I agree..and I mean like those of us who want to play in EN really shouldnt have to waste the Serial code...

I remember seeing somwhere that sharing of the CDs isnt illegal if the person already regesered the reg codes of a different version of the CD, lets say somone installed and regestered the JP client and now wants to use NA client and use their JP account on it but doesnt want to buy another game technecally SE arent losing any money if the person borrows or dls the NA version off somone who bought it and used the reg codes on their own account, SE cant really do anything because the person has already paid for the game and account.

But not all software requires a CD key. If you imported FFX-2 from Japan, does that make it legal to steal the US version? I really think this thread is just asking to be closed. Why not do this stuff under the table where it belongs.

Yeah but were not talking about X-2, that you dont need an account to play, and you dont require CD keys and dont pay every month to play it. It has nothing to do with this topic...

SE dont lose any money if somone who already paid for their game and already pays monthtly fees for it installs the other version of the game on their comp for free if somone already owns and used the reg keys from it, it just means they can play their account which they pay for on a different client, its no different than going to your mates house and playing your account on their FFXI installation...
