Well its finally the end of August - and that means that the date I set for me to quit FFXI has come. Over the past few days I sold all of my non-EX items to players and the AH, and pooled all of my money. The gil was then divided between members of my LS for their own use.
Had a huge sendoff in Lower Jeuno today, which was a blast. Lots of fireworks and pretty much the whole LS was there to see me off - you guys rule!
Anyway, I would like to thank anyone and everyone that I have met and partied with at some point. Its been a whole year, so don't expect me to remember everyone!
You probably already know the score, but I had accomplished everything I wanted to do in FFXI, and it was to the point where I was logging on each day just for the sake of logging on. Once everything has been done, there really wasn't anything left to do.
I hope you guys continue to have fun with FFXI, and good luck to all of you in the future! Ragnarok certainly is a "unique" server in the FFXI world, I'm pretty sure we can all agree on that. Try not to get the "OMG DRAMA" going too badly.
