Supposely you can contact Square's Support staff, and get them to restart it or something. I forget exactly, but did you CALL square and ask them yet? ... It is thier game after all...

If your signed up w/ a jp client and a fake Jp addy, you cant call ENG pol to help you. S-E also put and over seas block from calling POL from where ever you live to japan, So its JP ONLY for that line. Basicly you have to go to japan and fix it there or get a friend to do it for you.

that would have possibly been before my account was pwned, when I tryed calling from overseas there was a message saying they did not accept over seas call =/. Maybe it changes for some people depending where they live.

801, you sill can't call the JP service line from states, i think? maybe though theres a new number (not the one on the back of the oldschool POL books, thats no longer in service). The problem can be fixed via US support-line, from what i heard from survivers now.
