Thief AF Boots Help ^^;;?

Okay, it's been awhile now since I missed the /shout PT going after the Thief AF Boots. My friend recently got 60 so both he and I need the Boots. I'm asking if anyone can please spare a few hours sometime this week (will date later) and help us get these things;; Thanks if anyone can.
