And so, with great regret and with many fond memories, Teejay and Liv walked into the waning sunset, at a steady pace. Teejay thought about looking over his shoulder to view once more all the friends and good memories he was leaving behind, but Liv tugged him on his shirtsleeve reminding him that there were greener pastures up ahead. Their adventure in Vana'diel had ended, and a new life awaited them; what it held, no one knew. They were ready to accept the challenges in store for them.

So as they disappeared over the horizon, many were left wondering what legacy these two individuals left behind......

And side by side, the crab and the beetle walked on... two more people they had outlasted.
