It's something like maple sugar, chestnut log, and lightning crystal, I forget. But the recipe is around lvl 15, so you should get HQ a lot. Chestnut logs are a bit expensive, but when the broth goes fo 9k for 1 on AH, it could be nice. ;x

i solo'd it just fine... mnk/nin for tonko ^^ for oz and davoi, the orb quest is very soloable, and i used my lvl 20 whm for bead lol and also picked up my coffer while there

Thanks to the positive response in this thread, I tried the orb quest last night. It was a breeze, and i got my Orc seal from Monastic Cavern - 1/3 of Genkai 3 done now.
