If you are fully content with leeching a JP dynamis linkshell, there's no need to reply.
If you are participating happily in some already-existing dynamis group that isn't open to all fakkingu gaijins, fine. TONGUE IN CHEEK
If you have a dynamis group planned and wish to make fun of me by not inviting me into it, please reply and make an ass of me. :3
If you would want to join a EN dynamis group when you're level 70+ (instead of kissing some japanese leader's ass for dynamis action), lemme know! Post reply here, post reply on livejournal, spam tells to kittycat in /tell. Let me know, even if you aren't 70 yet but plan on getting there. I don't read ffxionline.com private messages too often, so don't use that. =>_<=

Things against making English dynamis linkshell:
There aren't enough people with the right jobs available because...
1. People hate each other, so you'd only be able to get some people but not all of them.
2. People are still leveling to 70.
3. People are quitting FFXI before they reach 70.
4. People are content with leeching/participating in JP dynamis linkshells. Because of 3-day wait between dynamis sessions, they must be dedicated.
Because so many people fit into a dynamis session, it would be possible for people who hate each other to enter the same area. In most cases, they would not even have to be partied together.
But if people who don't like each other are partied together, such as being on the BLM nuking team:
There is no concern of someone ruining a dynamis session or making the linkshell lose an area only because they hate someone else. I've found that while in a HNM linkshell with some people I do not like (mutually, two-way-hate), that they would not do any harm that would cause themself to be removed from the linkshell.
I've been with morons who have tried to MPK me, but they end up kissing my ass and apologizing over e-mail because they do not want to be kicked from the linkshell for doing stupid things. Please take me off blacklist, kittycat!
To deal with the people hating each other, we would need "leaders who call the shots" who have the following qualifications:
Gives orders
Doesn't have people on blacklist
Isn't blacklisted by people
Simple.
