Slightly, just because some other people seem to have had it happen for no reason. My card is valid for quite a while and has way more than enough money on it, so I don't see any reason for billing to encounter a problem, but I'd be more comfortable if I had an actual Japanese address to use...

I used one my friend gave me, the one that everyone elses didnt work for me for some strange reason o.O
