1. If a single RDM can't do everything he needs to do (refresh, enfeeble, backup cure, MB), then you should find a different one.
2. RDM doesn't offer anything apart from the above that an extra RDM would be able to duplicate, so don't invite RDM for magic attack or physical attack.
3. 2 RDMs often end up screwing over each other, by double-casting, overwriting refresh, and shit like that. It's bad enough coping with the crap message log as it is, without having another RDM in the PT.

Even if you have only RDM for curing, a second RDM is still not recommended, and if you don't have a BLM, don't employ a 2nd RDM to fill the role, just get a decent attacker like a DRK instead.

Of course, RDM doesn't have refresh until 41, so it's might be hard work until then without a WHM. In that case, make sure that the RDM isn't Elvaan / Galka, and bully them into getting some decent equipment (Astral Ring would be nice).

Because JPs have set parties too. OK, I exaggerated, it's not "killing" the game. But I've had some torrid times in Jeuno, waiting for parties, even at peak Japanese hours, and when you reach Boyahda / Kuftal and find a bunch of parties all with the same linkshell, you know set parties are in full effect.

I was in whm, rdm, rdm, thf, drk, war/nin PT tonight...it well...didn't suck but it wasn't great. We never had to rest...ever...but it took forever to kill the monster :\ and the dark kept missing which was kind of bad at the time...he said +35 acc and SA timer needs to be shorter....>.>..without BRD's songs...everything is hopeless.
