Worldpass help, please!!

I got everything installed, registered and stuff no problem but.. Ok, so I try to use my worldpass. I click new character, race, face, hair etc. Then I type my name: Sindinista and click to proceed to world. In the guide it tell you to BACKSPACE so I click backspace and it beeps at me, I can't do anything expect to forward. When I do go forward, it takes me to city selection and I have to press ESC to return to the beginnig! How come I can do the world part!?! Please help a lonesome importer.

I got your axe but I'm not gonna be able to play very much this week. When you get in, PM me your char name and I'll send it to your mog tomorrow cuz I can only log on for a short time.

But I can't do the World thing, so how am I gonna get to that point!!?! Hmm!?

I managed to get a picture of where I am. Bah the video is horrilbe I need to mess with settings..

In that space, type "Ragnarok"

Make sure you have the spelling right. It's not "Ragnorak" like in your other post, it's "Ragnarok"
in the next, type the world pass number

So I just type, no backspace. Lemme try that.

Try typing the world name again. Ragnarok (case-sensitive)
The error says that there is no such server.

Well, me and sindinista got our FFXI's at the same time, and we're doing the install over the phone, the think is, he use the WP we reserved before me and that was the last usage, so i need a WP to Ragnorak and yeah i know exactly what to do after that point, i need one so bad! this is so annoying not being able to play!
