Trying to Come Back...;;

Hi~

Not sure if everyone is still around these days, but I am trying to come back to Vana Diel. But my credit card expired, and as a result, my POL account has been suspended. All I need to do is input a new credit card numer to reactive my account (I hope...), but when I try to enter the POL registration number that I have from the original FFXI package, it does not work!!

And since I am still using the old JP PS2 version, I cannot get any meaninful customer support;;;

Does anyone have idea how I could log back on to Vana Diel?!

I have been gone for several months now (for like xxth time since 2002...) but I just realized how much I miss the sight and the sound of a dying taru, among many other things~.

p.s. If the above doesn't work, can I buy a US PS2 version and still use my old character? Thank you for your help!!

I think I will just go out and buy a brand new US version (IF i can find it in Seoul, Korea) - so my question is - can I still use my old characters with a new US version? (I remember Far used his character simultaenously with both US and JP version once).

Your character is saved for 3 months from the start of suspension. If it has been over 3 months, your character is gone.

You will have a hard time finding a US PS2 in Korea. Koreans like to play Japanese games. You can find modded PS2s, but I'm not sure you can play/download NA PS2. Those using their JP created character on NA version are probably PC users.


Lastly, Zodiac, Blackice~ or whatever you call yourself, which category do you fall under?

Not sure what you meant here, but yeah, I can use both US and JP version to play my character, but my account is not suspended so...

its not the same as u elite tho, butter says expired cc so the problem is that butter forgot to change the date. Your problem with others you got screwed for other reasons, anyways butter u need to go to japan currency store to fix it or you basically cant fix it....><
