A group of about 30 people on our server killed K. Behemoth. They were all from an LS named IRUKA and their strategy was weird, but i dont know if other servers do this. The frontliners were mainly NIN/WAR armed with sword, except for 1 NIN/WAR who used sword and kraken club in offhand. They would build TP on elementals and unleash spirits within on K. behemoth. The mages around were around to tractor/raise body. A lot of running around involved to avoid the AOE spells. But they eventually beat it.

King Behemoth used to be easier and just needed RDMs, RNGs, BLMs, NINs, and some WHMs.

All a LS had to do was run around. RDMs cast gravity and bind on king behemoth, rangers just use normal attacks, and PLDs tank and run. Other mages just attack/raise/heal.

After a few patch, they made king behemoth run faster and most recently, gravity resistance up gradually. Because of these changes, you will see less and less HNM LS' fighting it.

In short, it's harder than before. No more 18 people stuff. This is 20 people+ even for MM.

like ellone said, king behe used to be really easy as long as there were a few rdm. now king is in its hardest form. POS and IM have both died trying to kill it since the last patch. honestly, i was so involved in the fight that i didn't notice any help from outside people. if there was any, it wasn't the reason we won. we had a good strategy and everyone did their own job really well. hey nady, have you killed king with 18 people? no, i didn't think so... oh yeah, you didn't kill king at all. you got your noble tunic because you are the only whm in COD and they hand everything to you on a silver platter despite your nonstop annoying behavior. zodiac, i don't even know who the fk you are, but what do you know about proper subs for hnm fights? POS and IM could beat king with 18 or less before those 2 patches, but not now. if you would even think for a second before you open your mouth, you could see why we subbed what we did. anyway, that's it. we won because we're just that good. anyone who thinks otherwise can suck my root.

U need good subs to match what ur roles is supposed to be. For lvling, one subs will do. For HNM fights, u need different subs for different purposes.

MM, POS, IM, Juven, .... if they can win with 18 pples, good for them! They have been around for so long. We know they are better. We are trying to catch up, and established our LS.

Pple who saw us fight, know we earnestly fought it, we didnot cheat or wat ? we didnot go in and steal King Behe. We killed it full HP to zero.

Nady, u got ur noble tunic, becos we left COD! But no worry, we will try our best to get our WHMs, noble tunic.
