I'd contact SE's biling department. i know there is a number you can call beware of the teir 1... teir1 is always hell. thats my best advice. just call them and clear it up /sigh best way but longest due to hold times

change your address to a real one in Japan if you can before the day expires. you can still do that in service and support menu, then ask them to remail the bill on the telephone. its 19:23 on the 31st, better hurry.

thats giving you the amount of money you owe i beleive, you will receive a similar bill (or have already receieved one) in the mail to your address. you can only fix it by taking the bill they send you to postoffice/convieniencestore/bank in Japan and paying it.
