Is it just me, or am I confused?

I am a huge FF Fan in general, I loved all the games to date, and FFXI is no exception. I have made it to lvl 20 with a RDM and im just sooo bored. Does anyone know what can help me enjoy the game more? Granted I cant farm and I do have a chocobo, I also can not seem to grab any rank two missions.

It says I need to raise my fame i guess, are there anything easy to do that, casue the quests seem very easy.

Anyway I'm going crazy being confused cause i just dont know what to do anymore in the game. I would do crafting, but again, no money...lol

lol yeah that would help. FFXI isn't really a "fun" game but it's a game that you can really get into. I don't really find sitting in the same PT spot for 2-4 hours at a time, fighting the same few monsters and doing the same renkei for all of that time a thrilling sitting on the edge of your seat experience. Just go play FFX for 1 hour no matter what point in the game, then play FFXI for 1 hour and you'll notice the difference.

Seems to me like you're not having fun being a mage. Probably cause even though mage can be very busy at some times it's never as fun as being a frontline job. Sometimes being a mage just isn't right for everyone. I've had my taste of being both mage and frontline. I'd reccomend maybe going for 1 of those more active frontline jobs like thf, nin, pld, ect. Of course you'll have to get a job to 30 first before doing most of those though. Try getting something like warrior to level 30 and possibly going drk or pld from there. That's what I did when I first started. I played BLM and got it to 30, was completly bored as hell with the job so I went DRK and felt like I was playing a whole different game.

Well, if we break down the posts into equal and yet opposite equations we will found out something rather interesting. Let me pull up one of my bogus mathmatical equasions on this flipchart here.
Now, you see, if Kakashi = K, and his grammor = G, then you would find out that Kakashi's grammor would equal G/K. Now, a normal person's grammor would actually be (G + K)2.
While, a normal person's grammor would be P x K2

So, now taking the second part into consideration, stuck will = s, and his intelligence will = i. So you are saying the relationship between struck and his intelligence is actually s < i. Well, as plausable as this is, it does not explain anything, so we need a basepoint. I = normal intelligence, so then it would be I(s-i) - I/(s+i) = si

So, now adding thies to together you will find out that:
(G+K)2 + (I(s-I) - I(s+i) = si(PxK2)

And so you see, Xile's entire post is null and void.

...getting back on topic... thanks, i think I will try one of these, I guess till i reach 30 ill lvl in Qufim This way it makes it so i can go get samurai and ninja and stuff. I do want a frontline job it seems that im not cut out for mage. I guess since I have already started on the road to RDM i might as well finish him to 30, heh.
