Ragnarok Economy not far enough for nuggets?

Hey,

well, I've gotten a stack of each Platinum Nuggets and Darksteel Nuggets out of gardening. After reading for how much they were sold on other servers (30-80k for a platinum nugget stack), I went to the AHs, and got a little shock.

A Platinum Nugget Stack goes for 19k in Jeuno, and hasn't been sold since more than 2 Months now. They haven't sold in the other cities as well, and there even for less. Kazham AH is the same as Windurst as far as I've heard, so that doesn't make a difference as well. Same for Darksteel Nuggets, those sell for only 11k per Stack.

So what went wrong? Have the GMs burdened Ragnarok users not to be able to use Nuggets? Have people just forgotten about them? Is my Router filtering out the packets for the sold Nuggets of the last few months? A black hole? The Illuminati? Aliens? Bill Gates?

I meen, like some people do it correctly. I PT'ed with a SMN yesterday who had FENRIR >.< He was lvl 11 with Fenrir... O_o That's what I call a summoner...

Sidenote: The Platinum Nuggets sold for 11k at the AH, now I have to borrow me about 100k to get full mercenaries lvl 30 Equip, a good weapon and 2 Balance rings I promised him to camp leaping lizzy for him every second day untill I get the boots ><

Anyway, I guess if there's a new server with the european relase, I'll switch to that server. Not because I don't like to play with NAs or JPs, but to have a new, better economy with more balanced prices :sigh:

I have been leveling the whole Weekend in Yuhtunga / Yohator. That was the worst weekend ever. People wanted me, a thief, to be the main tank; in parties with other main tanks, I STILL have been the only one who voked, and when I've been asking why the tank didn't voke, I usually got the answers "lag" "no hp" or "you're the main tank". I have rarely even seen the back of a Yuhtunga Mandragora at all. It ended on Sunday evening in a climax with a mage cursing with caps lock, a partyleader who had no idea of what he was doing, and me leaving the party thinking of my bed as the world's best place to be in that moment.

Now I at least have some names that I will never party with again

If you wanted a good economy with balanced prices, you should never have gone to Ragnarok in the first place. It's infamous for having the most screwed up economy of any server in the game and every NM overcamped 24/7.

Ragnarok is "D4 1337 S3RV3R" where everyone hates everyone else (look at some of the threads about ill will between NA and JP - 80-90% Rag posters, the rest "Well it isn't like that on my server") and the economy is awful.

Rag isn't THAT bad, its just overdramatized. Behold the powers of the human imagination when it thinks that it's been wronged.
-_-; As for Rag's economy, it's not that every NM is overcamped, but that people are greedy. Purposely setting AH prices 2-3K over price forcing you to spend more is just flat out greed, and pisses me off everytime. If anything, prices are more expensive than they should be in some cases.

Also infamous for having, by far, the best players that play the game. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Enjoy having things handed to you because you play on a less skilled server. Personally, I want to earn things along side the best. Wheres the fun in NM hunting if theres no competition?

Everyone hates everyone else? Lol keep spreading that around, hopefully we will get less noobs when the ps2 rolls around. There is no 'real' hatred between JP and NA, any ill feelings lie between the people who are good and earn their own, and the people who suck and mooch through everything. Perhaps this doesn't exist on other servers because everyone is of the same skill level; aka teh sux.:p

Enjoy paying 2mil for things like RaiseIII... i'll go buy it for 50k.

everythings so fast on rag... i lvl with a drk the week before college finals and i get back on after finals and he's 10-20 lvls up... and i see this happening so much it's not even funny...
