I was just a little annoyed while playing ff the other day. People need to stop begging for money all the time. One person spammed for at least an hour asking people for money in Sandoria. If these people cant go out and get money themselves then they may want to rethink playing ff. Is anyone else a little bothered by this?

There is a simple way to fix this problem.

/blacklist add (name of person)

This method works wonders, I use it at least 3 times everytime I enter Quifm, Valkurm and Jungle, but instead of getting asked for money I get things like:

"Rez @ (I-9)"
"Can I get a Raise"
"Rez needed @ (G-9) plz hurry"

Now I have no problem giving people a raise when they are close to me but when they are on the other side of the map I have to say no, and as soon as I do I get flammed by them which I follow up with /blacklist add.

The few times I get asked for money I just blacklist the fucker imediately, u should try too.

yes, when I go to a starting city and go to an AH, i get like at least 2 tells asking for money. I usually say ‚í‚©‚è‚Ü‚¹‚ñ?G?G and they just either stop or keep asking. One douche called me a 'stupid jap'.

It was really funny, one day I was levelling in Boyahda and some douche /tells me asking for money. I say in very broken english that I cant understand. Then I get my 'bilingual friend' and talk to him about it. I then tell him to come to boyahda. He got to meriphutad and he /tell me saying he died. I had a nice chuckle.


Then I blacklisted him...

I help people when they send me tells nicely.

*Spends three hours helping the PT kill all the giants up the tower because they aggro everything*

I am fine with helping people if they are nice but that is not what i am talking about. Someone called like Wagle or Waglly something spent more than an hour just spamming "please can anyone give me some spare gil". I told them to fight bats and sell the wings since that person was a low level an someone else told them to go kill orcs but she then replied i am too lazy. I am dead serious that was her reply to us telling her some ways to get some gil. That is what bothered me.

Yes some beggers are pretty bad. Once running to Sando I get a /tell to stop, so I do. Then the guy /tell me again using the translater "Cuisses" "Do you need them?" "Can I have them" they are the steel cuisses sitting in my bazzar for 2000 gil less then the AH. So I stand there for a minute and the guy looks at my bazzar 3 times then says again "Cuisses" "Do you need them?" "Can I have them?". At this point it's clear he doesn't want to pay for them and is expecting them free so I run off and he /tell me again to wait then uses the Translater to say "Cuisses" "I need them" so I stand there again for a minute and he looks at my bazzar again then I just run off to the airship and was on my way. BTW the guy was level 30 and the leegings were level 50 >.>;;.

Also another time I'm skilling up summoning infront of Sando and someone /tell me "Summoner? :D" so I reply "hai ^^" then he asks me for gil.... he thinks I have a lot just because I'm a summoner >.>;;.

I found a perfect way to avoid those situations. Don't wear af, and wear high lvl armor that looks low lvl. They won't even bother examining you.

I normally don't get this problem because i have a reputation of going out of my way to be mean to people who beg.

It seems that no matter what game you travel too there will always be money beggers who are too lazy to sit around and make money the old Fashioned way. I was in Windurst at one point and when I was at the AH this stupid lvl 31 MNK kept asking for a Teleport-Holla. Seems as though he had a timer set because every 15 seconds that Bast*rd would say it again. Finally most of the people got so fed up they B Listed him. But for us select few we told him to shut up and tried to teach him the proper way to look for a WHM with TELEPORT-Holla. But he actually argued with me and others telling us "That was too much work and its easier this way.

That day everyone held their heads in shame to of spoken to such a low brain-powered MNK.
