It's about time someone brought this shit up, I can't stand it anymore. I don't mind being checked but over and over again and everytime he sees me. He also doesn't respect your wishes if you ask him to not do it so I ignore his tells now and use my Bard macros to change EQ. It get's the point accross. I do not know Arvy and, from what I can tell of him, I do not wish too so why does this give someone I don't know the right to act like that? Do I constantly check you Sheila? No, and thats because I do not know you well enough and have respect for you not to. Even then, I still know you better then I know Arvy. He even demanded to know what I was doing in Sandoria last week when a few of us were overkilling our AF1's.

I'm not one to witch hunt someone or "gang up" but this really does have to stop. I have met one person who has spoken well of Arvy and even he backed down and retracted his comments when question by five people - everyone speaks ill of him. Of course I have no proof, but it is the general consensus that he has a /wave /check macro which is beyond the boundries of sad. I don't beleive it is possible to type /wave and /check so fast.

Maybe something like this will put an end to the tiresome ways.

I honestly don't really care if ppl check my armor or do a /wave at me- He is being polite. It's better than seeing importers shout english in low juneo (remembering the old days). Anyways you guys shouldn't give him such a hard time:p. I can understand if someone were to check over and over in a period of 5 min or so that would be really annoying but maybe he just sees you with a new piece of armor and whats to check it out- Hell I check out armor on ppl that i have never seen before.

Please understand that there is no way to avoid this. Player(s) attempting to black list and or ignore Arvy will still be checked told and checked again. Arvy originally only checked, however in a recent patch we (Square-Enix) added the tell and additional check(s) to make the Arvy more friendly (annoying). Any questions, comments, or concerns? Please feel free to /check anyone and everyone you suspect of being an importer.
