Paladin AF2...Something's weird > <

OK, this questions for anyone who has completed PLD AF2. Ive already recieved the Odontotyrannus item from the NM you need to fish up, but am having a problem, Ailbeche or Zaldon in Selbina wont accept my trade's or give me anything to continue the quest.
Now heres what I've done exactly...
1) I spoke to Ailbeche and recieved info about the bait and dreadbug, another person came into the conversation and add'ed something of his. With this the quest starts...
2) I purchase the Item droped by the Dreadbug from an AutionHouse, because I heard theres no reason to deal with it....now all I need is to fish up Odontotyrannus and get the item.
3) Odontotyrannus is killed and I recieve the item. Now when I return to Ailbeche he wont accept trades and says the same thing over and over. I visit Zaldon in Selbina, with the same results except he says different things...just over and over while not accepting the trade?!
What did I do wrong, is my question?! Is going to Crawlers and touching the ??? spot killing the Dreadbug and getting the bait, necessary for the quest to be complete? Guides are also saying after defeating the Crawlers part
"Trade it (the item recieved from crawlers) and your told to fish at Oztroja castle". Trade it to whom?
And it also says you trade the Odontotyrannus item to Ailbeche, but like I said, he wont accept.
Could you tell me what you did exactly during your PldAF2 quests? ...Please help, I really want my Boots > <

i can't remember if this is a needed step, but i think u have to trade the bait to the kid first, then he tells u where to go for fishing the nm, hope it works

Don't you have to do the kids quest first where his father is in a South Sandoria shop, he gives you a rod and then you give him it straight back? Try that first if you haven't i'm sure thats right.

- talk to the albi's father
- trade the bait to albi (have to buy again but you will get it back)
- he tells you where to fish
- trade him oz item
- go to selbina and finish in sando
