Believe it or not, I have returned for a final farewell. I would've done this in-game but I wasn't willing to wait 5 and a half hours to do so. I also include my verdict on Star Wars Galaxies:

It sucks. that's right, it's a pain in the ass and the PAs (aka LSs) take forever to get started. I finally quit my boring job as artisan (making useless items no one wants) and have moved to Marksman to go shoot things...lots of things. It's still pretty much point > test strength > kill/run over and over again. There's also "missions," which are more like running errands for random NPCs...they're all generic. Most of the time, though, I don't even have time to do this since the server (specifically my server...why me) is down half the day, and when it does work it's bugged to hell. Not to mention how much the customer support sucks, nothin' like a good GM to brighten the day...

As you can tell, the odds of me coming back aren't as grim as once thought . BUT, I've still got 3 more months at it, so I might as well see if the game brightens as I go questing to see Jaba the Hutt, Darth Vader (I'm an imperial), and possibly get decapitated by Luke Skywalker, but all that may not be worth it /sigh. If I do come back to the good ol' days of FFXI, you'll see me this october when my SWG pay period ends and my last month to reactivate my account.

So why am I browsing these boards? hehe. To be honest, I've been thinking of coming back, but I'd much prefer to play the english version when it's released. Any word as to if our characters can be switched to an english server?

Back on topic, just wanted to say goodbye to you quac. You're one of the first people I met in this game, Seymoure being the first hehe, and I just felt like I owe you a goodbye. We had some great times in Valk as newbs hehee. Hope to see you around one day, wether it be in this game or another
