Galka RSE quest

Anyone knows where I can see what to do for Galka RSE? I can't find any site with the description of this quest.
And there is a way to see how many missions I have done? Reply mission is valid?

Must do 40 different quests, talk to goblin in jeuno. Get key from either Ordelles, Shakrami, or Gusgen and open a chest on the galka day. You will get a peice of paper. Bring that back to the goblin and he will give u a choice out of 1/4 RSE peices. After that just get another key and open another chest ON GALKA DAY until you have all the rse. Good luck.
