Yep. There's really nothing you can do online about it anyway. Most gays wont just flatout say "HEY GAY WAR LFG!!" Nah.. of course it's going to be hard trying to find someone out there online just for you.

thanks again for all the posts guys... ive been playing for almost a year now and i haven't run into one. just one bi guy who had like fifty girlfriends online.

how do you guys maintain relationships in FFXI anyway? haha... well if any of you run into any... please ask them to maybe contact me or something. i am SO down to just start a new character on a different server if that would allow me to connect with them. (yes, its that bad)

I don't think there needs to be a discussion on what others think about it. All I care about is where to find more folks like me. Haha... everyone else can suck my butt. But yes, everyone that I play with online knows about me and is totally cool with it.

If you want to make a homosexual LS, by all means go ahead. Some people wont like it, but to them i want to say $#@% you :3 You shouldnt have to worry too much about immature idiots that look down on gay or lesbian people(yes people -_-), /blist is your friend. If you wanna make the LS, be sure to stick with it and get lots of friends with you and maybe even friends that are not homosexual but are tolerate and are fine with hanging out with them. Get close bonds and you guys can go far. There will always be idiots, dont let them deter you from having fun. If you wanna make a LS for it; go to it and dont back down.

As for people promoting themselves being homosexual i have no problem with it if they want to as long as they arent being arrogant or annoying about it. People wouldnt care so much about someone shouting they are straight, so i feel it should be the same other way as long as its not rude. Some of the coolest people i know are gay. :3 To those that dont like you /blist is your friend.

I remeber when I used to play lasy September there were quite a few gay/lesbian LS's out there, but I haven't been able to play for 10months, so i have no idea if any of them even exist, nevermind promote themselves openly -.-

People will jump to wild conclusions. My Ls is named DevilsChildren as a Ralph Waldo Emerson reference, and a couple times people have wigged out at the "devil worshipers."
I can't imagine the LS name WeLikeBoys is going to attract positive attention. I give you a week before someone asks you if you're a Catholic priest. I wish I was joking.

my LS leader is gay. He also is 40 yrs old. also, some gays in other ls's. I dont think they will just say that they are unless something pops up about the topic in a conversation.

Their was some guy shouting for a gay/lesbian LS on alexander for like a month straight in jeuno. His spamming in /sh wasn't well received so I wouldn't advise you to do the same.

When I was playing out in the lobby there was alot of chatrooms with "Gay guys come here" and "lesbian woman please come chat" But.. I don't know if you have the same Chat-lobby as ps2 users do.. so yeah.
