newwwwww and can't actually play!

hey! i'm new!

i purchused ffxi for xb360 today and installed it and set it up fine, no problems at all. then i went to log into playonline and even though i have the correct username and password it says "incorrect username and password" every single time. i know its correct because i phoned up the help line to check!

is this a widely known problem or am i just unlucky?

perhaps something is fishy with POL. give it several minutes and try again later
