Posting Tachi: Gekko Help

I have Tachi: Gekko, I've had it for quite some time, sitting on my pc, for my own person viewing pleasure, i took a video cap of it from my friend who just got it. I need help making this file smaller, and yes i did check Starvingartists guide to making video and hosting, but its not helpful for me if It doesnt show me exactly how to compress the file into a feasible size. I also need a host, atleast 10-15mb.

Any help?

Heres a small gif of me fooling around.. with tachi gekko. The gif messed up the spin in the beginning of the ws but still looks cool.
