Request concerning format of movies.

Most the time when I surf the net, I'm at my work computer, and a lot of others are too. We can't unzip or download files, but we can play them if they are uncompressed. Is it possible we could just have links to movies that we can just click on? I'd really like to see some of these movies, but I can't

umm.... a 8MB compressed movie files can be 300MB uncompressed. no one would upload that.

download it at home dude.
