To seed you just have to leave your BitTorrent client on after you've fully downloaded the file(s). This helps spread the file quicker.

So if I've already downloaded it (quite some time ago) then I cannot seed it?

You need to have the original files (.exe, .rar, .rar), to seed. When you open the .torrent just direct it to where all the files are located. You should start seeding.

Otherwise, if you only have the .wmv (most likely the case), you won't be able to seed sorry.

It's the thought that counts though
