I can only hear sounds...there is no screen...can someone help me on this one???

Open windows media player.
Go to tools then options.
Click on the Performance tab.
Down where it says video accelerations, there's a marker. If it's not on full, put it on full. If it is on full already, put it to none. That should do it probably. Let me know what happens.
