Anyone ever seen this?

Was looking for a coffer in GC, and friend said he could see this. Took me a little bit of running around and moving camera, but then I targeted this

It was on the other side of the wall from the looks of it. I could run around and it didn't stay in the same place on the wall. Was centered at some point behind it.

Basically, I just had bad DAT files and ran a File Check through POL and the issue was resolved.

I don't know about the behind the wall thing though. That is weird.
