Maybe it's because I had to fight goblin's and the mushroom type mobs there as BST, but I don't like Sanctuary of Zi' tah like many people do...OR the music I dont find it relaxing at all.

Didn't know thatExcept that light weather in Tu'lia is deadly, with everything aggroable, lol
Only seen it happen once, and I was plunked down on Genbu or Suzaku's pad between kills (I don't exactly remember where anymore, it was a while ago). I don't think the people downstairs getting TP were particularly worried, they were killing everything in sight anyway.
That's good to know though, thank you. ^^
I've seen it in Qufim too, but lush vegetation >>> cold, snowy wasteland for beautiful nights.

If you go to the right area in Lufaise Medeows, its past the LVL 75 Birds and Rams, you get to see Tavnazia, the city from the opening movie where the orcs attack it, you can see the big rock formation. At about 17:00 or 18:00 you see Dragons take off as they have made the city of Tavnazia there dragon roost, it is quite amazing.

Light weather in Tu'Lia does *not* make everything aggroable.
Aggro rules in Ru'Aun:
1. Everything except the flamingos will aggro magic (white, black, summoning, but not ninjutsu or songs - same as any other magic aggro). You've got elementals, magic pots, and magic dolls, and all those aggro magic anyway, so that should be no surprise.
2. Nothing will aggro sound or low HP.
3. Groundskeeper (magic dolls) *in blue-light alcoves only*, will aggro sight. (Wandering Groundskeepers only aggro magic.) And here's where light weather comes in - they'll aggro sight from a larger distance during light weather. Presumably because they can see better.
Blue-light Groundskeepers are only found in the "gauntlet" dead ahead as you enter Tu'Lia, and near the eight Ve'Lugannon entrances on the NE, NW, SE, and SW main islands. Normally, you can just run down the center of the "gauntlet", or along the far edge of the path near Ve'Lugannon, and be far enough to avoid aggro. In light weather however, their aggro range is big enough that they will aggro you even in the normally safe paths past them.
Beyond that there's nothing to worry about for light weather in Tu'Lia, just be careful when passing blue-light alcove Groundskeepers, because they *will* aggro you if you're visible, even if you're sticking to the center (gauntlet) or wall (near Ve'Lugannon), where it's normally safe.Averter of the Apocalypse~
