Ramuh Bsts vs. Tiamat..(not bandwidth friendly!!)

A bunch of Bsts on Ramuh vs. Tiamat...and I wasn't invited! orz So instead, I thought I might as well sneak/invis around and take pictures. So enjoy...

I would have stayed throughout the whole fight and get more pictures...especially Tiamat's death...but then this happened...

Anyway, the whole battle lasted for about 1 hr. 40 minutes...or maybe more. So about 2 hours total for Tiamat to die. The alliance was pretty much made up of all Bsts. There were something like 20+ bsts in the area and they switched in new bsts and kicked out the dead ones. There's another PT or 2 made up of BLMs, RDMs, and WHMs only that help tractor dead bsts and giving Raise 3.

That was awsome. Must cost a ton of money to use all those Courriers. I hope the drops were good :dead:

You seem to be one of the better equiped BSTs as far as I could tell, oh well. I've never seen antlions before, but very nice screens

This woulda been the one chance I had to raise you intead of the other way around.

Yeah, but not before Tiamat stomps you 10x times and eating my raises before you get to do the same on me, Triel. XD

Btw..other specials to beware:
Tebbid Wing = Sort of like Fafnir's damage AE. Did about 330+ dmg to me each time and gives you plague. Keep viruna handy.

Take off/Landing = 230-260 dmg each time.

Just a question, but how bloody fast does this thing attack and cast? All I saw past the first few screens were Tiamat acting like a Monk with ubered Hundred Fists.

How long did it take to kill the dragon?

He attacks about same speed as Fafnir, which is quite fast. He also hits harder as his hp goes down and uses mighty strikes pretty much whenever he feels like it Towards the end he can hit a 75 PLD in full koenig for 400+ damage. Imagine how hard he could hit those pets lol.

Anyway, nice screens. Quite an impressive accomplishment.

Close to 2 hours.

I've seen another combined JP LS killed Tiamat before, but I have to say this BST alliance probably got the job done with a lot fewer deaths...though that's not to say the Bsts who attended didn't die a lot. Many got caught by spike flail..or got hit by take off/landing damage while they were close to dying or still weakened. :sweat: Other minor deaths were from the T-VT cave antlions that randomly ambush or undead at night. Very few deaths from undead at night. The backup Bst pt held those arch coarses pretty well.
