Hmm...if im not mistaken, that appears to be a Shura Haidate, as well as the Osode? That along with those melee gloves, and gaiters with the avengers looks very spiffy on him.

Those aren't byakko's haidate, they're shura. Byakko's are green.

He has a blackbelt too.... he just needs fully unlocked relic weapons and byakko's haidate and maybe a nice throwing item to complete 'uber monk'.

There's a dude on Phoenix called Sevenstar, i belive to be considered one of the most well equipped Monk's around.
