Model viewer help (come on plz help ; ;)

okee dokee....i followed all the steps in downloading the viewer. I got the japanese language thingy, I have the language toolbar at the top of my computer right now. Then i extract the files....then when i click on the file to open the model viewer nothing happens....no error messages nothing....


anyone {Help me out!} ? plz
