  • Uploading large pics.

    I am just wondering what site or program you all use yo upload your pictures onto that don't compress the picture.

    Help greatly appreciated.:spin:

      That is the site i have been going on but now when i use FRAPs the pictures are larger and the site compresses the pictures

      I.E.

      Is there any program or other sites, or even maybe a different configuration on the site i could do to fix this?

        That image is a bitmap file. Bitmap files are very large in size(1024x768 was 2.2MB in size when using Fraps). That is why your image was compressed. You should use MS Paint and change the file to JPEG. If you want to host an image larger than than Photobucket's limit there is www.imageshack.us. That site supports up to 850KB files.

          I'd suggest using PNG (Portable Network Graphics) format. Best quality for the size. JPG makes the image look too fuzzy, and BMP has WAY to big file sizes.

          And as for not compressing it....well, you can always buy your own hosting. 40 bucks a year for a gig at www.duxaranea.com.
