This is the only information I could find that is related to Summer Fest. There will probably be a few links in the next few days with items descriptions and other info; just like how it was with the whole "Easter Egg/Egg Hunt" celebration thing.

Are the quests easy, at least?

first u have to get one other person to go with u the moogel will send u some where u have to get to the goal point talk to it and them after u get item trade your item with party guy then go trade to moogel

I have fleas, whisper, and skull now.... i am guessing you need all items from every race to get the fan....thats what I am thinking but I have to go to work now >,< guess I will find out when I get home.

Eh, I got the +1 Robe.
I traded 4 items which I got from each race (elv male, galka, mithran, taru male) and got the +1 robe.

The fans don't seem to be rare. I saw one bazaaring for Summer and Festive fan for 2k. I prefer the rare/ex equip :D

I was on at 10 AM this morning when it first started and got my Onoko yukata within 10 minutes ^^v, and then Lord yukata 4 hours later. it was fun. after you get lords you can only trade 1 of each item to get more items. possible ones are SUmmer Fans, Festive fans, and chocobo tickets. I think they will be adding new Items/quests each week. 3 weeks in between 23-8th so i belive each week wil lbe a new item! I hope so at least. have fun
