Well durring a normal lvl up PT i kept seeing these things for a second before they would dissapaer.
No its not an enemy attack... Im thinking its a strange glich. Can anyone tell me what these mean or what purpose they serve, etc.
Any information would be great.

That's weird... does this happen in other places, other than Fei Yin too? It reminds me of the Mover enemies in the older FF games Sorry I can't help too much. =P

Actually its pretty bright in there anyways, plus i use the really bright text boxes. But my gamma is normal XD

Never seen that before, must be something on your PC causing it.
BTW Arke that's not FeiYin, that's in The Shrine of Ru'Avitau at the steps right before Eald'narche (last boss of the Zilart Mission).
