Odd NPC items (requesting identification)

Doing limit 4 today I spotted some interesting items I couldn't identify... they don't seem to match stuff at the AH at all.

This is a blue and gold version of the lvl 40 Breasplate.

A blue and gold star-shaped wand.

A golden rod with entwined serpents.

[Rodin]

The last one is the cadeuceus, it's rare/ex.

On a mythological note, the cadeuceus was herme's wand.

Ah, the Alchemy +1 thing... makes sense as it's on the Alchemy guild leader.
