It was part of an event in beta to test how the servers would hold up with massive amounts of people in the same place at the same time. The thing took forever to kill. It's life took hours to even move.

Yeah that frog model is in retail you can find em in a cave near the Serket NM scorpion in Garlaige citadel called Rotten Flesh down there though.
