I had encountered a Bomb on W.Ronfaure once. I've NEVER seen a Bomb on W.Ronfaure in my life. Heh, I killed it at Lv.10, it was Decent Challenge. Was that supposed to be some Notorious monster? A monster like that there would have caused trouble for low level players (1-5, I think).

Bomb creatures only appear outdoors during fog.

your right about one thing bomb is no Nm.. it just appears.. at night or very early morning on the game..

i encounterd it without fog plenty of times

Actually, my LS won the taunt for that particular day, unfortunately we were hoping for Behe and not King (we're new/young/low-leveled and can't quite take on the hard versions of HNMs quite yet). In that pic I'm activating chainspell; plan was to chainspell -> spirits within (I had 300%tp saved up, so I figured hell why not) -> teleport-dem (whm sub).

Of course that was the plan. The yellow line in the text is 'King Behemoth starts casting Meteor,' which finished casting before I could finish casting my teleport, and if I remember correctly it was 1.6k damage.

And that line where King Behe hits me for 63 dmg is misleading - he took off my stoneskin, and 63 dmg in one hit. I don't know how much dmg exactly stoneskin absorbs, but I think it would probably be the equivalent of a 300-dmg hit D;

Fun stuff ... dying is fun when you have raise3 :sweat:

the two times a killed him king behemoth was hitting me for a bout 300 per hit... and his hits have added effect of bind. kind of sucks for plds haha

Pic of our run against King Behemoth. It was a little less than a two hour long battle, lol. He dropped a Wyrmal Abjuration from it, among other things. ^^
